First day at school

After having a long school break for 3months finally today kenes goes to school... unfortunately she couldn't go to kindergarten because the kindergarten program in the states only took 1 years and the child must be 5 years old by August 31 to begin school at Sept. So my little daughter have to enroll the preschool program(again) and we can choose from 3,4 or 5days a week and I choose the 3 days a week(again!!). This school is the closest one from our apt and it only took about 15mnts by walking.

The school start from 9:00 - 12:00, when we arrived at the school, she's soooo exciting meeting her new friends and a lot of toys and books, while the other child is kinda shy and don't wanna let go from their mommy(except the older student) my daughter is busy with travelling around the classroom and getting some musical instruments...ckckck and when circle time where all the children sit next to her mommy kenes prefer sit next to the director...hahahaha good girl... and she doesn't look for me for the rest of the day... =)

Since it's the first the so all moms need to stay for the whole the to ease the children, but we stay in another room next to the class. Some of the mommy already know each other so they start talking about how they spend their summer, about the differences between northen people and southern people or west coast people and east cost people, about American Idol, Harry Potter, and a lot of things.... wewww... (tnyata ibu2 disini sama jg sama diIndonesia kl udh ngumpul hobbynya ngomong :p) and I met one mom which her face look like my friend at Jkt so I assumed she's must be an Asian people and she is...she's a Malaysian but she spend most of her life in the states.

Today's schedule end at 11:00, when we got out the room the children already playing at the playground, seemed everything run smoothly for Kenes and she doesn't wanna go home until we tell her that she can come again on Saturday(it's a cleaning day at school).
